Fiet Petra

Fiet Petra combines refinement with performance. A sedan of Pallio platform, it is available both in petrol and diesel options. Its pros are quality, performance, maintenance, and value for money. It has its cons too, but these are negligible. It is a mid size cars that provides you all the desired comfort and luxury.

Design and Interior
Cutting edge technology and engineering has been employed to design Fiet Petra. Some of its features are air conditioner and heater, central locking system, power steering, power windows, white dials and tachometers, co-driver side door mirror, body colored door mirrors and handles, chrome radiator grille, rear spoiler with integral third stop light, alloy wheels, and door with complete fabric insert.

Specifications like spot reading light on rear pillars, dashboard with wooden finish-cubic including instrument cluster cover, central door locking, rear windshield defroster, roof lamp with timer, wiring for car music system with 6 speakers and antenna, front and rear power windows and new upholstery add elegance to it. Giving the mileage of 12 km per hour, it has gained appreciation from Indian consumers.

Variants and Price
The car comes in four variants - 1.6 EL PS, 1.6 ELX PS, 1.9 EL PS & 1.9 ELX PS. It is available in the price rage of Rs 5.72 to 6.08 lakhs.

Engine
Fiat Petra Petrol has 4 cylinder front transversal 16 valves engine having Double Overhead Cam Shaft (DOHC) and producing maximum torque of 14kgm at 4250 rpm. It is front drive with manual 5-speed gearbox.

The diesel version has 4 in line front transversal 8 valves engine with Single Overhead Cam Shaft (SOHC) and producing maximum torque of 12.2 kgm at 2500 rpm.

Safety
All variants of Fiat Petra have dual diagonally split and servo assisted hydraulic braking system. The car has ventilated disc brakes at the front and self adjustable drum brakes at the rear.
